LogicManager has assembled a distinguished Board of Advisors to assist in guiding efforts to establish our rules based software application development paradigm.

Charles Klein Charles brings 27 years of experience in multinational finance, global treasury, risk management, and operational restructuring to his role. Charles has served as a chief financial officer; multinational corporate treasurer, management consultant; and, board member of numerous financial services companies. Charles is a graduate of the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania with an MA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Lauder program.

Clayton M. Christensen, author of the best-selling book, The Innovator’s Dilemma: When New Technologies Cause Great Firms to Fail. His book won the 1997 Global Business Book Award and his writings have been published in The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, the Harvard Business Review. Clay is a professor of business administration at the Harvard Business School, with a joint appointment in Technology & Operations Management and General Management. His research and writing interests center on the management of technological innovation, developing organizational capabilities and finding new markets for new technologies.

Marvin Minsky, Toshiba Professor of Media Arts and Sciences at MIT, is often identified as one of the founders of the field of artificial intelligence (AI). He has made major contributions to the scientific foundations of AI in the domains of symbolic description, knowledge representation, computational semantics and linguistics, machine perception, symbolic and connectionist learning, mechanical robotics and industrial automation. He is a past president of the American Association for Artificial Intelligence and his many awards include the Association for Computing Machinery’s Turing Award. His books include Computation: Finite and Infinite Machines, Semantic Information Processing, Perceptrons, Artificial Intelligence, The Society of Mind, The Turing Option and The Emotion Machine.
