LogicERM was built by risk managers for use by anyone in the enterprise because managing risk is in everyone's job description. Only LogicERM has five built-in levels of ERM governance capabilities to allocate your organization’s resources before committing to expensive and time consuming risk, compliance and control activities. Compliance software vendors have renamed their products Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. They include risk management as an afterthought. This renaming without redesign only reinforces the problem caused by functional silos and prevents a comprehensive enterprise solution from being realized.
One shared solution
LogicERM was designed from the start to allow any area to create its own risk management plan that leverages a central built-in configurable library of risks, standards and controls. Data can be easily linked and aggregated among the organization’s plans to better identify and manage dependencies and consequences. This also eliminates the excessive burden caused by overlapping assessment, control and testing activities traditionally done in silos.
Practitioner expertise
LogicManager is the recognized developer by the Risk and Insurance Management Society’s (RIMS) ERM standards actively used by more than 500 organizations worldwide. Our experts have trained executives from more than 150 organizations and have proven track records as risk and compliance practitioners.
Configurable
All aspects of LogicERM, from naming conventions, processes, risk indicators, assessments weighting to reporting frameworks, are easily customizable and configurable by our customers. We have two patents pending in ERM taxonomy management that make it easy to represent your company’s unique challenges, evolve your information over time and integrate data from other systems.
Licensing and Software as a Service (SaaS)
Risk or opportunity can appear anywhere at anytime. We do not restrict users by name, function, risk type or any other arbitrary boundary. When users log out of LogicERM, their licenses are available to others to access all LogicERM functionality. No playing games over who is a named user for which module. We offer flexible Software as a Service (SaaS) terms which allow access to either a hosted version of LogicERM or an installed version behind your company’s own firewall.
