Flexible, Easy to Use, and Robust

Incident management tools

Designed from industry best practices, LogicManager’s out-of-the-box incident forms cover topics including security, privacy, fraud, safety, financial loss, regulatory notifications and more. Customize each template or create your own with our end-user configuration portal, adding unlimited fields to capture severity, status, cross-functional impacts, etc.

Incident tasks, notifications and reminders

Leverage incident and case management capabilities for any type of incident. Assign tasks to users within your organization or engage external individuals for response and remediation. Automated tasks, email notifications, reminders, and alerts keep people informed and accountable before items become overdue.

Flexible incident collection and sourcing

Our incident response software collects and reports incidents from multiple sources. Set up an email inbox, or a URL-based form, to automatically report incidents from, with no system training required. Automatically notify those involved, assign remediation responsibilities and track each incident through completion.

Workflow management

Configure incident workflows and business rules to automatically trigger tasks, status updates, notify employees, and facilitate effective coordination and reporting. The flexibility of our incident management solution workflow ensures we match your existing processes and allows you to evolve over time.

Evidence collection and document management

Collect and manage all the evidence associated with your incident management process. Emails, attachments and other documents will be centrally tracked as communication and remediation tasks occur between users. Documents can be uploaded directly into the system or referenced using a URL, pointing to where they exist on a shared drive.

Risk-based Taxonomy

LogicManager’s risk-based Taxonomy allows you to directly tie incidents to areas of the organization affected, or the resources from which they stem. Integrate your incident management process with third party risk management and IT governance by linking your incidents to vendors, software applications, or the hardware that are affected. Gain full transparency into all the touch points an incident has across the organization.

Highlight trends and strategic goals

LogicManager uncovers trends over time, helping identify and mitigate risk associated with your incident management systems. As incidents are reported and remediated, gain an understanding of how they affect your core business objectives, performance goals or risk categories. Pre-built dashboards can be filtered by incident type, severity, reported date, and more.

Incident reporting software, dashboards and analysis

Run out-of-the-box incident summaries, status reports, or build any number of custom dashboards using our built-in reporting engine. LogicManager will also recreate any existing reports you use today for a seamless transition. Export, print or schedule reports for automatic delivery to your email inbox, at any frequency.
