Our project risk management tools are built with the content and infrastructure to connect and manage interdependent processes. LogicManager helps users simplify complex workflows, track key risks and confidently manage project compliance.

Flexible, Easy to Use, and Robust

Project risk management tools

LogicManager breaks complex material into manageable and actionable tasks. Assign responsibilities through task wizards, appearing as a to-do list on the home screen for each user. Automated email notifications, alerts and reminders help you keep track of top risks, upcoming assessments and budget reviews.

Pre-built, configurable content

Leverage out-of-the-box risk libraries, assessment templates, surveys and questionnaires to further align your project management with best practices. Edit pre-built content or have us retrofit your existing data into the system for a quick and seamless implementation.

Project risk assessments

Providing a standardized process for your project risk assessments, LogicManager helps identify, assess and manage both the risks and compliance requirements within each project. Leverage LogicManager’s configurable scoring frameworks based on best practice standards including ISO, COSO, OCEG, etc.

Manage threats and opportunities

Monitor threats and opportunities using key risk indicators (KRIs), financial scenarios, and other metrics as they relate to your project risks, controls and resources. Define risk appetites and tolerance ranges for critical concerns and track adherence over time.

Track project budgets, assets and resources

LogicManager’s patent-pending risk-based Taxonomy makes it easy to create a comprehensive picture of all the risks, requirements and resources associated with each project. Link your projects to the business processes, risks, requirements, goals, and resources they rely upon, gaining transparency into the effects each will have on the organization as a whole.

Document management

Collect and manage all the documents associated with each project. Documents can be uploaded directly into the system or referenced using a URL, pointing to where they exist on a shared drive. Emails, attachments and other items will be centrally stored as project communication and tasks are completed, and all historical changes are tracked with version control.

Incident management and issue escalation

Centralize and streamline the incident management process for all types of issues and events in your project management process. Determine criticality, assign remediation actions and leverage configurable workflows to facilitate cross-functional investigations.

Project risk analysis and reporting

Run out-of-the-box heat maps, risk-control matrices and top risk summaries, or build any number of custom dashboards using our built-in risk reporting engine. LogicManager will also recreate any existing reports you use today for a seamless transition. Export, print or schedule reports for automatic delivery to your email inbox, at any frequency.

Why LogicManager?

Our user configuration portal provides flexibility for instant changes and adjustments to overall settings, workflows, fields, etc. LogicManager is designed to quickly accommodate all necessary changes as programs mature and evolve, for seamless continuity.
