With the second wave of COVID-19 rapidly upon us this fall, it is more important than ever that organizations ensure that their Business Continuity Plans are up to date and effective. We must make sure that the lessons we learned during the first wave are incorporated into our plans to ensure that if there are additional stay at home orders we are adequately prepared. During this Advisory Workshop, members of our Advisory Analyst team will discuss why it is important to shore up your business continuity plans by first performing a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to determine what are your most critical processes. They will then walk through how you can use the system to ensure that your BCPs are up to date via the workflow most commonly used by our customers. Finally, they will walk through the reports that you can leverage to facilitate your program.
