In this Advisory Workshop, members of the Advisory Analyst team walk you through how you can use the RMM to determine the current maturity of your program. They discuss how you can use the results of the RMM to determine opportunities for improvement and actionable next steps in order to continually increase the maturity of your program. And they discuss how you can use the RMM as a tool to discuss risk management with your board and other key stakeholders and demonstrate all that you have accomplished over time.
