Date: Thursday, April 30th at 3 PM ET, 2 PM CT, 12 PM PT

LogicManager is excited to present the next phase of the new Horizon interface! During our release webinar, we will walk you through the new functionality, and what it enables now and in the future. We will also provide some tips and tricks as well as answer the most common questions we’ve been getting about Horizon.

As a part of this latest release we are thrilled to dive into configuration in Taxonomy! Building on our last release, this release we continued to develop the profile designer in Horizon adding the ability to edit and add fields of any type. Designing the perfect profile has never been easier with the ability to drag-and-drop in new fields to the precise location you want them. The new designer even allows you to preview your profile changes as you are making them so that you can visualize your form before publishing it to your end users.

We will also cover the now finished visibility rules builder. As a part of this release, you are able to edit all your existing visibility rules and add new ones with multiple criteria and rule groups. This same “rule builder” interface is used not just to build visibility rules but automation rules as well. Although not yet finished, we will show you the beginnings of the automation rule builder so you can envision what this area will look like as it continues to be developed.

Next, we will touch on how you are now able to access our brand new chat function from your LogicManager home screen! We developed chat to enable you to get the answers to your system questions as quickly as possible by being routed to specific LMU articles that can answer them or a live chat agent as appropriate.

Finally, we will cover some of the other enhancements that were included in this release such as users being defaulted to Horizon when they are sent a welcome message, the ability to edit the settings for Mitigation and Issue tasks, and updates to the Mitigate table based on your feedback! The report portal has also been upgraded to give your reports more flexibility and power.

We hope to see you there!
